On iOS:

1. Open WhatsApp on your iPhone.
2. Select a group or personal chat where you want to create a poll.
3. Tap the + icon in the bottom left corner.
4. Choose "Poll" from the list of options.
5. Enter your question in the "QUESTION" field at the top.
6. Add options by tapping on the new options field below. You can change the order by dragging them with the four-horizontal bars.
7. Tap "Send" in the top right corner to share the poll with the group.

On Android:

1. Open WhatsApp on your Android device.
2. Go to any group or personal chat.
3. Tap the pin icon at the bottom and select "Poll".
4. Enter your poll question at the top and add options below.
