1. How to File a Claim

Include the following required information:
a. Your Contact Details:
- Full legal name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Phone number
b. Description of the Intellectual Property:
Describe the copyrighted work, trademark, or asset you believe has been infringed. Attach registration numbers or URLs linking to the original work, if available.
c. URL of the Infringing Content:
List the exact URL(s) on Ezinom’s website where the content in question appears.
d. Statement of Good Faith:
“I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.”
e. Statement of Accuracy and Authorization:
“I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in this notice is accurate and that I am the owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property rights involved.”
f. Signature:
A physical or electronic signature of the person submitting the claim is required.
2. What Happens Next
Once a valid claim is received, Ezinom will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the complaint
- Review the reported content
- Remove or restrict access to the content if necessary
- Inform the content uploader, if applicable
3. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe content was mistakenly removed or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice. Instructions will be provided upon request.
