Shipping Coverage
At this time, we exclusively ship orders to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands).
Order Processing Time
All orders placed on ezinom.com are processed within 1 to 2 business days after the order is received and payment is successfully completed.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Post Office holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive an Order Confirmation Email once your order has been received, and a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information once the order is shipped.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We offer one Standard Shipping method for all domestic orders:
- Shipping Carrier: USPS or UPS (carrier will be selected based on destination and size of the package)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 5 business days (after processing time)
- Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $6.99 per order
This fee applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.

From the time you place your order, you can expect delivery within 4 to 7 business days (including processing + shipping).
Shipping Fee Details
Our flat shipping rate of $6.99 helps us ensure reliable and trackable shipping for every customer. This fee is non-refundable in the event of returns or exchanges, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product on our part.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Potential Shipping Delays
We work hard to ship every order on time. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. These may include:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ALAJA BOUTIQUE LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. We will gladly assist in providing any supporting documentation needed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that are returned to us may be subject to additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
