Order Changes & Exchanges
To help us deliver your order accurately, please review your product selections – such as size, color, and quantity – before checkout.
- Exchanges: We currently do not accept exchanges due to incorrect selections made during ordering. Instead, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct details.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
- If your order has already begun processing or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@ezinom.com with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests up to 120 days after your order has been delivered. Beyond this period, all sales are final.
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong product or size
- The product differs significantly from the description or images
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, washed, or modified items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Issues not caused by Ezinom (e.g., improper care)
- Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads that do not affect use)
How to Request a Refund
Please send your request to support@ezinom.com, including:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the issue
- Any relevant communication history
Our support team will respond within 24 hours to confirm if your return qualifies.
Return Process
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and our return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please share the tracking number once the item is shipped back.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued, including any original shipping fees.
If you do not see the refund in your account after 10 – 15 business days, please contact your payment provider.
