Start by heading to the coordinates (405.5, 305.4) near the Miners' Camp in the eastern region of Aesperia. Interact with the 'Mysterious Letter' found on a crate to initiate the quest.
Note: If you cannot interact with the letter, you may have already begun the quest.
Locate Anne and Cassica, an NPC pair engaged in a conversation, who are situated to your left when facing the Mysterious Letter. Eavesdrop on their dialogue to proceed.
